Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be returned in its original packaging (product container not original shipping packaging). 

If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return the unused portion sixty (60) days from the order date for a refund of the product purchase value minus a 10% return processing fee. 

To start a return, you can initiate a return by contacting us at contact@healthjefe.com. If your return is accepted, you will be given two choices: 1) we send you a return shipping label to send your package back via USPS for $8, or, 2) you may choose to ship the package back to the address we provide via your choice of carrier and provide tracking info.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Please Note:

  • We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
  • Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
  • Taxes, Customs and Import Duties/Fees are not refundable in any case.
  • To ensure your refund is processed, you must use the pre-paid return label that we provide you or provide the tracking information for your package if you do not use the pre-paid label. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • If Health Jefe decides in good faith to reship your order, a reshipped order with no additional charges is not eligible for a refund. 
  • Refunds
    Once we’ve received your return, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
    If more than 31 business days have passed since you shipped your return, please contact us at contact@healthjefe.com.

    A product must be returned in order for a refund to take place, even if it has been used in its entirety.

    To prevent fraud and protect Health Jefe from customers abusing our return policy, Health Jefe has the right to refuse a return/refund if the customer has previously taken advantage of the policy. For instance, if a customer has returned a product, then decides to initiate another return to attempt to get their money back despite using the product, Health Jefe has the right to refuse any additional returns or refunds after the initial refund. This policy applies to any/all returns for the same order or new orders. It is at Health Jefe's sole discretion to refuse additional refunds/returns after one has already been granted.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be returned in its original packaging (product container). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
